You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to purchase alcohol from Beethoven Wines. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. We verify age at checkout and delivery. False information will result in order cancellation.

In the United States, federal law requires identity verification upon delivery. A valid government-issued ID is required.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to select US states and international locations where legal. Some states prohibit direct-to-consumer wine shipments. You are responsible for verifying that wine delivery is legal in your location before ordering.

Orders require a signature from someone 21+ at delivery. If no one of legal age is present, the order will be refused and returned to us.

Product Information

All wines are produced in Napa Valley, California. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Vintage and availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute similar products if requested items are unavailable.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of alcohol sales, refunds are not available for unopened bottles. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

Responsible Drinking

Please drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. If you choose to drink, do so in moderation. The Surgeon General advises that consumption of alcohol is associated with increased risk of birth defects. Pregnant women should not drink alcohol.
